Avenues was acquired in Q2 2017 as a renovate-and-resell investment strategy. The property is a single-family home purchased at an attractive basis due to its distressed condition, providing a clear opportunity for value creation through renovation.

We completed a full gut renovation, rebuilding the home to modern standards. The project was led directly with sub-contractors, allowing for hands-on oversight of scope, quality, and execution throughout the process.

The property was repositioned and sold following a six-month hold period.
