Harvard is located in one of Salt Lake City’s most desirable neighborhoods—Bonneville Hills—and was repositioned as a long-term rental asset. The project involved a comprehensive transformation designed to elevate both the functionality and overall quality of the home.

We completed a full gut renovation, rebuilding the interiors to modern standards while reconfiguring the layout for improved livability. In addition, we constructed a 450+ square foot ground-up addition, expanding the home’s footprint and enhancing its long-term rental appeal.
