Liberty

Liberty is a single-family home Monterra acquired in Q1 2016 as part of a renovate-and-resell strategy. The property was purchased at an attractive basis due to its distressed condition, creating a clear opportunity for value creation through renovation.

We executed a full gut renovation, rebuilding the home to modern standards. We worked directly with subcontractors to execute the renovation.

Following completion of the improvements, the property was sold after a nine-month hold period.
