Snow was acquired in Q4 2020 as a townhome investment in Sugarhouse. We saw an opportunity to purchase a brand-new asset in a pocket of the neighborhood that, at the time, was positioned in the path of growth.

The investment thesis leaned on strong demand for townhome and single-family housing in Salt Lake City, alongside a relative shortage of this product type in the submarket. We believed a well-located townhome would continue to benefit from these supply-demand dynamics.

The property generated strong yields from day one through its sale in Q4 2025.
